Recover your natural peace of mind, body, and heart - while you help others do the same

Your state of being is directly influenced by your train of thought. Anxiety, anger, and addiction all feed on negative thinking. Science, spiritual masters, and personal experience all confirm that meditation is an effective way to reduce compulsive thinking and increase wellbeing.

Become more like the person you’d like to be by using contemplative practices to calm your busy mind. Learn to invite and cultivate gentle insight. Recover your natural peace of mind while helping people overcome addiction.

If you cannot find peace within yourself, you will never find it anywhere else.

Equanimity: calmness, composure and evenness of mind especially in a difficult situation.

Our mission is to help people cultivate inner peace and share their gifts. I believe we all have within us an inner resource of equanimity – or ability to act from quiet calm even in difficult times. Meditation is one tool that’s proven to be beneficial for regaining our access to that inner peace. It’s definitely been a helpful part of my own long-term recovery from alcoholism and anxiety.

As part of my practice, I’ve been leading small groups in meditation, and sharing the recordings organically with fellow practitioners. Doing that gave me the inspiration to create This website was born to bring this variety of contemplative and meditative tracks to a wider audience. These recordings can help foster self-awareness & wellbeing - whether you’re a beginner, long-time meditator, teacher, or addiction-recovery professional using them with a group.

My hope is that you’ll try some of these tracks – and find them to be helpful. Daily solo and weekly group practice have both been key parts of over 35 years in sobriety that has given me a beautiful life. Now, I’d love to give back - and with your help - pay it forward together from a spirit of gratitude.

Quiet minds cannot be perplexed or frightened, but go on in fortune or misfortune at their own private pace, like a clock during a thunderstorm.
Robert Louis Stevenson

Meditation and contemplative prayer are both pathways toward inner peace. At first, they can seem to be the opposite. When you continue practicing you will improve your capacity for mental quiet and enhance your ability to focus your mind at will.

I offer a variety of styles from guided to contemplative prayer and visualization in hope that you will find something that works well for you.
